Spot Light On Sophie

This week we are talking to Sophie, a valued member of the team.

Tell us about yourself: I'm am a mum of 2 boys, and have just completed a floristry course so have opened my own floristry company called https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61574922266758 The Flower Shed where I make beautiful bouquets and flower arrangements.

Tell us about your role at ECRC: I'm part of the Cafe and Bar team at the club, I work a couple of evenings in the bar serving our lovely members. I also work 2 days a week in the Cafe which I love.

What is your favourite thing about ECRC?: My favourite thing about the club is the members and customers. It is so lovely to see the same faces, getting to know them, hearing about their families. I find it so rewarding knowing I have made their day a bit brighter with a sausage roll and a conversation.
