Spotlight on Chris Swift - Chef

This week we are chatting with our fabulous Chef Chris

Tell us about yourself: When I am not at work you will usually see me pounding the streets with my dog Luna, we love to stop of a chat. I love spending time with my Daughters and any grandchildren, nothing makes me happier than seeing them happy and smiling......apart from my obsession with David Bowie.

 Tell us about your role at ECRC: I am the chef at Earls Colne Recreation Club. I have been at the club for almost a year. You'll find me in the cafe kitchen rustling up your delicious ( I hope) breakfasts/ brunches/ lunches.

What is your favourite thing about ECRC? I love working here, all the staff are are so lovely and like my second family. I enjoy seeing a busy cafe and the buzz of the chatting customers and happy faces.
